Abraham, Delores (Marriage - 4 November 1955) 
 

Delores Abraham, Belvidere, Ill., and Merlyn Everson, Belvidere, Ill., were married November 4, 1955 at 3 o’clock in the afternoon at the St. Stephens parish, Chili, by the Rev. Carl A. Wohlmuth. 
 

Mrs. Everson is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ed Abraham, Granton, and Mr. Everson is the son of Walter Everson of Belvidere.  
 

The bride wore a light blue street length dress, with rhinestone trimmed bodice.  She wore a corsage of roses. 
 

Her matron of honor was Mrs. Albert Vogt of West Chicago.  Albert Vogt was best man. 
 

A reception was held in the evening at the home of the bride’s parents in the Town of Lynn. The following were present: Mr. and Mrs. August Abraham, Belvidere; Mr. and Mrs. Albert Vogt and children, Sharon, Ginny Mae and Albert, Jr. West Chicago; Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Newell, Mr. and Mrs. Louis Breseman, Mr. and Mrs. Victor Porath, Mr. and Mrs. Harry Thurmond and son Fred, Mr. and Mrs. Louis Riedel and son, Walter, Mr. and Mrs. Walter Moldenhauer, Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Moldenhauer, Doris Moldenhauer, Mr. and Mrs. Walter Wischulke, Mr. and Mrs. Wilbert Wischulke, and Mrs. Marvin Garbisch and children, all of Granton. 
 

The Eversons will make their home in Rockford, where they are both employed by the Ingersoll Co..  Mrs. Everson is a registered Nurse and was employed at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Marshfield in 1953.
