Vogel, Lydia (9 November 1891 - 26 April 1955) 
 

Mrs. Lydia (Scholl) Krutsch Vogel, 63, Maywood, Ill., died Tuesday, April 26, 1955, at Maywood. 
 

Funeral services were held at 7:00 p.m. the evening of April 28 at the new Apostolic Church in Melrose Park, Ill. The body arrived in Neillsville Friday evening and further services were held Saturday, April 30, at 2:00 p.m. from the Georgas Funeral Home. The Rev. Charles L. Bing officiated at both services.  Interment took place in the Neillsville City Cemetery. 
 

Mrs. Vogel  was born November 9, 1891, in Russia, where she received her education. She came to this country with her parents as a small child.  The family located in Chicago, where her marriage to Henry Krutsch took place on January 22, 1910.  In 1919 they moved to Clark County and settled on a farm in the Town of Levis.  Mr. Krutsch died January 22, 193.  For the past three years she had made her home in Chicago, where she was married to David Vogel. 
 

Eight children survive her.  They are: Henry Krutsch, Butterfield, Ark.; Mrs. Bruno (Lydia) Nupnou, Chicago; Mrs. Gerhardt (Edith) Garbisch, Beloit; David Krutsch, Neillsville; Mr. Ray (Lucy) Hetzel, Granton; Paul Krutsch, Neillsville; Mrs. Sam (Gladyce) Huebscher, Denver, Colo. and James Krutsch, Beloit.   
 

She was preceded in death by her parents, sisters and brothers in Russia and by her first husband. 
 

Pallbearers were: Oliver Williams, Ralph Short, Frank Short, Paul Kuhn, Irving Stevens and George Biliskis. 
 

Flowers were in charge of Mrs. Joe Chase and Mrs. Ralph Short. 
 

Those from out of town attending the services were: David Vogel, Mr. and Mrs. Bruno Nupnou and family, all of Chicago; the Rev. and Mrs. Charles Bing, Melrose Park, Ill.; Mr. and Mrs. Gerhardt Garbisch and James Krutsch, Beloit; Henry and Paul Krutsch, Butterfield, Ark.; Mrs. Sam Huebscher, Denver, Colo.
