Anderegg, Marie  (11 DEC 1946)

Miss Marie Anderegg, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Anderegg, and Fred I. Cox Jr., son of Mr. and Mrs. Fred I. Cox Sr., exchanged nuptial vows in a wedding ceremony performed at 7 P.m. Wednesday, Dec. 11, at Marshfield by the Rev. Fred Meske.

Attendants were Miss Dorothy Jean Kauffman of Marshfield and Duane Bassett of Greenwood, a cousin of the bride.

The bride chose a dressmaker suit of soft blue wool for her wedding. The jacket was fitted with trapunto trimming outlined with silver beads decorating the neckline. Her accessories were brown.

Miss Kauffman wore a brown gabardine suit and matching accessories. Both young women had corsages of flowers in their hair. The bride chose gardenias, while her attendant wore yellow chrysanthemums.

Dinner was served to members of the immediate families at 8 o’clock and was followed by a dance in the Eagles hall at Marshfield. Howard Sturtz and his Swing Kings provided the music for dancing. After a brief honeymoon through the southern oart of the state, the newlyweds will live in Loyal, where Mr. Cox is engaged in the livestock business with his father. He was graduated from Loyal high school in 1942.

The bride, a graduate from Loyal high school with the class of 1946, has been engaged as credit clerk for Montgomery Ward’s in Marshfield.

The Loyal Tribune joins their many friends in wishing them a long and happy journey through life.
