Theisen, Betty Ann  (? 15 SEPT 1946)

St. Anthony’s Catholic church here was the scene of the wedding of Miss Betty Ann Theisen, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William F. Theisen of Loyal, and Jerome R. Theisen, son of Mrs. Doris Johnson of Eau Claire, at 8:30 a.m. Saturday. The Rev. Fr. Aloys Zinthefer read the nuptial high mass, sung by two sisters and a brother of the bride.

Presented in marriage by her father, the bride was attired in a white embroidered wedding gown, and she wore a white net veil, caught to a Juliet cap. She carried a shower bouquet.

Attendants were Miss Mary Jane Theisen of Milwaukee and Ray J. Theisen of Eau Claire, sister and brother of the bride. Miss Theisen wore a white taffeta frock with a bouffant net overskirt.

Covers were laid for 35 guests at dinner at the Theisen home, decorated in blue and white streamers. A large wedding cake centered the table.

Mr. Johnson is a machinist at Eau Claire, where they will reside. His bride had been employed by the Masco Corporation in Milwaukee for the past two years.

Guests included Mr. and Mrs. Ray J. Theisen and son, Joey. Mrs. Doris Johnson and sons, Bill and Ronnie and Miss Florence Helm of Eau Claire, Miss Mary Jane Theisen, Miaa Dolores Helm, Miss Arlene McCann and Mr. and Mrs. Wally Gumholt of Milwaukee, Miss Florence Theisen of Antigo, Miss Eleanor Theisen of Oconomowoc, Miss Beverly Jean Davel of Marshfield, and Leo M. and Earal Theisen of Loyal.

The Loyal Tribune joins their many friends in wishing them a long and happy journey through life.
