Kula, Jacob (5 OCT 1884 - 9 MAR 1955)

 

Jacob Kula of the Town of Thorp (Clark Co., Wis.), passed away Wednesday, march 9th, 1955 at the Sacred Heart Hospital in Eau Claire.

 

The deceased was born in Poland on Oct. 5, 1884, and came to the United States in 1910, settling in South Chicago.  On Nov. 29, 1910, he was married to Felixa Kajdvik in South Chicago and in 1913 they moved to the Junction community where they have resided since.

 

Surviving are his wife, three daughters, Mrs. Bernice Kowalski, Mrs. Estella Jadin, and Mrs. Josephine Woytowicz, all of Chicago; three brothers, Stanley and Frank, Indiana harbor, Ind., and Joseph of Detroit; two sisters in Poland; and three grandchildren.

 

Funeral services were held at St. Mary’s Church at 10:00 o’clock Saturday morning with Rev. Ralph Geissler officiating.  Interment was in the church cemetery.
