Lichte, Fred (1829? - June 21, 1911) 
 

Fred Lichte died at his home in town of Grant last Wednesday morning and was buried Friday.  He was about 82 years of age and was one of the well known and respected farmers of his town.  He is survived by his daughter, Mrs. Geo. Howard, and sons, Fred of town Lynn and Adolph of the home place.  Mrs. Lichte died about three years ago.  Two daughters, Mrs. Kenns and Mrs. Austin Slocomb, have also preceded him in death.
