Ebert, Robert (24 April 1933 - June 1953)  
 

Funeral services were held Wednesday, June 24, from St. John’s Lutheran Church in Neillsville, with Rev. Alfred Schewe officiating.  The body lay in state at the Georgas Funeral Home until one o’clock, when it was taken to the church for services.  Burial was in the Mapleworks Cemetery at Granton. 
 

Robert was the son of Alfred and Esther (Schuelke) Ebert and was born April 24, 1933, in the Town of Grant.  Robert had worked in Milwaukee for several weeks and at the time of his death he was employed at the Roddis Plywood plant in Marshfield. 
 

Surviving, besides his parents, are two sisters, Arlene and Carol, and two brothers, Donald and Larry, all at home.  His grandparents are Rudy Ebert of Hampshire, Ill., and Mr. and Mrs. Henry Schuelke of Granton.  One brother died in infancy. 
 

Robert was a member of St. John’s Lutheran Church of Neillsville.
