Adeline Wilcenski, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Wilcenski of Gilman, became the bride of Herbert Beck, son of Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Beck of Sheldon in a ceremony performed by Rev. John Dzurko at St. Peter & Paul Church at Gilman on the morning of Feb 27th, 1954 at 10:00 o’clock.
This was an all-white wedding, that is, white was carried throughout in the gowns of the bride and her bridesmaids, flower girl, flowers and table decorations.

Bridesmaids were Genevieve Wilcenski, twin sister of the bride, Sylvia Cysewski and Mary Potts. Diane Wilcenski was flower girl and Gene Wilcenski was ring bearer. All wore dresses, ballerina style, of white, with lace on the bottom of skirt and lace jackets. They carried bouquets of white carnations.
Harold Beck of Milwaukee attended his brother as best man, and he, with the groom and the other two attendants, Norman and Ray Wilcenski, wore grey suits with white carnation boutonnieres.
The bride is a graduate of Gilman High School of the Class of ’52 and attended St. Teresa College at Winona, and Stout Institute at Menomonie. The groom graduated from Tony High School with the class of ’46, and is employed as a Watkins salesman.
The wedding breakfast was served at the Koolmo Club where a buffet style supper was also served to 150 guests.
The happy couple will make their home at Ladysmith
