Dr. and Mrs. C. V. Hinke, Jr. are now at home to friends in Abbotsford on Second Street. Their marriage took place Saturday afternoon at St. Peter’s Lutheran church, Dorchester. The Rev. F. H. Sprengler read the double ring service at 2:00 o’clock.

The bride, the former Alice M. Vetterkind, is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William Vetterkind, of Withee. The groom is the son of Dr. and Mrs. C. V. Hinke, Abbotsford.

Attending the couple were Mr. and Mrs. Earl Miller, of Withee.

For the ceremony, the bride was attired in a street length, white linen frock. With it she wore white accessories and a corsage of pink roses.

The matron of honor chose a two-piece, street length frock of royal blue with which she wore white accessories. Her corsage was made of white roses.

Following the ceremony, dinner was served at the Town House at Wausau, for the bridal party. Dr. and Mrs. Hinke left on a honeymoon trip to northern Wisconsin.
