Weise, Kathleen (Marriage - 30 June 1952) 
 

Mr. and Mrs. Alfred C. Schmidt are now at home in Milan. Their marriage, which took place at Athens, Monday, June 30, was performed by the Rev. H. G. Heutzenroeder at 9:00 p.m. 
 

The bride is the former Kathleen Weise, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Willie Weise, of Little Rock, Ark., and the groom is the son of Charles Schmidt, of Milan. 
 

For the ceremony, the bride wore a blue suit with white accessories, complemented with a white orchid.  
 

The couple’s only attendants were Mr. and Mrs. Herbert Braun, of Athens. Mrs. Braun, cousin of the bride, wore a powder blue suit and had a corsage of white carnations. 
 

The bride, who is a graduate of the Little Rock high school, has been employed for the past ten years by the Southwestern Bell Telephone Company. The groom, a graduate of the Abbotsford high school, is manager of the Milan Station Bank, of Athens, and is also engaged in mink farming.
