Darling, Leonard (8 APR 1889 - 20 MAR 1910)

Leonard Darling died Sunday morning at the home of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. M. H. Darling, on Court St., aged 20 years, 11 months and 12 days.  He was born in Thorp, and eighteen years ago came to this city with his parents, which place he has made his home ever since.  About a year ago while working in a wholesale house in St. Paul he contracted tuberculosis, from which his death resulted.

Leonard was an energetic and industrious young man, and was highly esteemed by all who knew him, and it is sincerely regretted that death called him while in the first years of his young manhood.  He is survived by his parents, brother, Fred, and sisters, Mable and Virginia.  The funeral occurred Tuesday afternoon, services being held at the Methodist Church being conducted by the W.R.C.
