Fritsche, Frank (1880 - 14 Mar. 1950)
Funeral services for Frank Fritsche, 69, who died Tuesday, will be held on Friday morning at 11:00 o’clock at the funeral home at Augusta. The body will then be brought to Dorchester for burial.
Mr. Fritsche left this community about 10 years ago and moved to Fairchild. On Monday, while trimming a tree at his home, he fell and was critically injured. He was taken to a hospital at Eau Claire where he died at 9:30 Tuesday morning.
Mr. Fritsche was well known in this vicinity. He was a farmer living near Stetsonville and later he owned and operated the farm where Herb Weideman now lives in the town of Mayville.
He is survived by his second wife, and six children, Mrs. Louis (Olive) Pettgrass, Rhinelander; Verona, at home; Alfred, Wichita, Kansas; Mrs. Louis (Elizabeth) Schulze, Alma Center; Clarence, at home; Mrs. Jahlmer (Ruth) Holeman, Eau Claire.
His first wife preceded him in death March 11, 1934.
