Each attendant wore a rhinestone necklace, the gift of the bride. They wore matching head dresses and wrist corsages of pink and white carnations.

The bride’s mother wore a navy blue dress with white accessories, and the groom’s mother wore aqua with white accessories. Carnation corsages were worn by both mothers and the bride’s grand mother, Mrs. Engel.

Dinner was served to immediate relatives and the supper served to about 85 guests at the home of the bride’s parents. Later in the evening a dance was held at Walter’s Pavilion at Colby, Wis.
