Stegeman, Lorraine Lynette (Marriage - 13 Aug. 1962)

Miss Lorraine Lynette Stegeman of Milwaukee, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Fred H. Stegeman of Colby, and William Lee Hofman of Milwaukee, son of Mr. and Mrs. John Hofman of Colby, Wisconsin were united in marriage Saturday, August 13th, at 3:00 P.M. in Zion Lutheran church in Colby, Mr. Stegeman giving his daughter in marriage. Rev. William Christian performed the ceremony. Mr. and Mrs. Ken Schulz sang, "O Promise Me" for the nuptial rites. Two large baskets of pink and white gladioli were utilized as church decorations for the occasion.

The bride wore a sheath of white orlon with a sheer over-skirt and a white pillbox hat with chin-length veil. She had a corsage of red and white roses.

Miss Carolyn D. Stegeman of Milwaukee, the maid of honor, was attired in a light turquoise orlon sheath with full over-skirt and chin-length veil. Her corsage included pink and white carnations. Allen Duval of Milwaukee was the best man.

The wedding supper was served at 6:00 o’clock that evening in the coral room of the Colby Hotel. After a wedding trip to South Dakota, the Hofmans will make their home in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Mrs. Hofman is employed by the Ohio Casualty Insurance Co., Milwaukee, where her husband is a factory worker for the Cornell Paperboard Co.

Out-of-town guests were from Milwaukee, Menomonee Falls, Marshfield, Withee and Colby, Wis.
