Munkholm, Janice (Marriage - 6 March 1971)

Miss Janice Munkholm, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Fred Munkholm of Rt. 2 Neillsville, and George Baho, son of Mr. and Mrs. Abraham Baho of Damascus, Syria, were married Saturday, March 6, in St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Neillsville. The Rev. Charles Brady performed the single ring ceremony before 25 guests.

Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore a street-length dress made of turquoise silk sent from Damascus by the groom’s parents. The dress was styled with a French lace ruffle at the neckline. She carried a bouquet of assorted white flowers.

Shelley Munkholm, sister of the bride, was the maid-of-honor. She wore a white and beige street-length dress and carried a bouquet of assorted turquoise lowers. Miss Munkholm’s fiancé, Michael Bauer, served as bestman.

The bride’s sister, Judy Munkholm, sang “Ave Maria.” She was accompanied by Mrs. Glenn Short at the organ.

A wedding reception was held at the Silver Dome Supper Club.

The new Mrs. Baho, who attended Eau Claire State University, is employed at a real estate office in the Twin Cities. Her husband, who graduated from Eau Claire State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Physics, is also employed in the Twin Cities. They are living at 2931 Natchez Avenue S. in Minneapolis, Minn.
