Mr. and Mrs. John Kile and daughter Alma and daughter-in-law Lily and baby Gloria started for Wenatchee, Wash., on Monday morning.

Mr. and Mrs. Lewis Hilgert and son Jeffy called on relatives here on Sunday.

We have new neighbors, the family that bought the Ada Markee farm.

Mr. Barth started sawing lumber on Monday morning on the Chas. Tieman farm. Charles is planning on a new barn this fall.

Darlene Shoemaker is working for Mrs. J. Audorff near Cadott, helping care for the new baby daughter there, her name being Thelma Ilene.

Pearl Burrington and daughter Jenette and Marjory left for their home in Grand Forks, Minn., on Tuesday of last week. Mrs. Burrington and Jeanie and Freddie stayed for a longer visit.

Wm. Mayenschien and granddaughter Barbara and daughter Esther, Mrs. J. Bizjak and family visited over the weekend with his daughter Lodean and family. Caroline Culp returned with them.

Mrs. Hugo Kuehl and sons James and Bernard called at the J. Audorff home on Sunday and also picked a few blueberries along the road.

The Jack Conklin’s are entertaining relatives from Illinois again this week.
