Stock, Rose (27 NOV 1948)

The marriage of Miss Rose Cecelia Stock, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Julius Stock, Withee (Clark Co., Wis.), and Charles R. Pralguske, son of Mrs. John Pralguske, Withee, took place Nov. 27, 1948 at the Holy Rosary Catholic Church, Owen. The Rev. Raymond Bornbach performed the 9:30 a.m. ceremony.

White satin, inserted with lace, was worn by the bride. A beaded heart-shaped headdress held her fingertip veil and she carried white carnations.

Miss Patricia Hamm, cousin of the bride, was maid of honor in an aqua moiré jacket. Her bouquet was of pink and white carnations and yellow button mums. Bridesmaid was Nancy Hamm, another cousin of the bride. She was attired in a lavender moiré gown and wore matching gauntlets. Her flowers were the same as those of maid of honor.

Attending the groom were Bert and Herbert Stock, Withee, brothers of the bride.

A reception for immediate relatives was held at the Community Hall, Owen.

The groom attended Spring Valley Grade School and the bride attended Mason Grammar School, and Farragut High School in Chicago.

Mr. Pralguske is employed by the Clark County Highway Department.

The newlyweds are now living at Loyal.

Out of town guests were Mr. and Mrs. Robert Stock, Mr. and Mrs. John Stock, and Mr. and Mrs. John Pralguske, Chicago; and Myron McCreedy, Shiocton.
