Rev. F. Arthur J. Cramer officiated.

The bride was gowned in white satin with a finger tip veil and carried a bouquet of pastel roses, white carnations and white gladiolas. Her maid of honor was her sister, Miss Edna VerHagen, and another sister, Miss Elnor VerHagen, and Miss Edythia Schamacher, were bridesmaids.
