Hills, Ray (22 FEB 1875 - 29 NOV 1942)

Ray Hills, Antigo, passed away Sunday noon, Nov. 29, at Antigo. He was born Feb. 22, 1875, in the town of Loyal, Clark county, where he grew to manhood. In the year 1903 he left Clark county and went to work in the woods of Langlade county. In 1920 he purchased a small farm near Antigo, where he has been residing until the time of his death.

His parents, two brothers and one sister preceded him in death. He leaves to mourn his loss several relatives and friends.

Those from away who came to attend the funeral were Calvin Hills of Abbotsford, Mr. and Mrs. Harry Quackenbush of Antigo and Mrs. Emma Schummel and Will Nichols of Neillsville.
