Wehrman, Elaine M (Marriage - 21 April 1946)

Mr. and Mrs. John Gabrovic, newlyweds, are making their home on the groom’s farm near Granton.

The bride is the former Elaine M. Wehrman, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Will Wehrman of Greenwood. The groom is the son of Mrs. Louise Gabrovic of Willard.

The couple was married April 21, at 2:30 p.m. at the Trinity Lutheran Church in Loyal. The Rev. J. C. Langholz performed the double-ring ceremony.

For her wedding the bride wore a white net gown and carried a bouquet of Easter Lilies and carnation. The maid of honor was Miss Cecelia Gabrovic and the bridesmaid was Mrs. Kenneth Horn. The groom was attended by Raymond Wehrman and Kenneth Horn. Mrs. Romaine Rossow sang "Oh Promise Me" and "Jesus, Be My Guide," accompanied by Mrs. Marvin Seeman at the piano.

Following the ceremony a reception was held at the home of the bride’s parents.

The bride has been employed at the Dairybelt Cheese and Butter Company in Spencer. The groom is engaged in farming.

Those from away who attended the wedding were: Herbert Wehrman of Milwaukee; Mr. and Mrs. Louis LaBarge of Unity; Mr. and Mrs. John Celesnik and Gloria of Willard; Mrs. Gib Wren of Neillsville; Mrs. Gust Wehrman, Curtis Wehrman and Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence Wehrman, all of Park Falls; Mr. and Mrs. William Kadolph of Spencer; Mr. and Mrs. Simon Wehrman of Greenwood.
