Colby--A paralytic stroke suffered Saturday resulted in the death, at 9:15 o'clock last night, of Mrs. Richard Kademan, 75, at the home of her son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Mandel, here. Mrs. Kademan had been ill for the past week.

Born Minnie Ennazas, in the town of Meeme, Manitowoc county, on June 10, 1860, Mrs. Kademan was married to Richard Kademan there on Sept. 7, 1878, and they came to a farm in the town of Green Grove, west of here, shortly afterward.

Mr. Kademan died 21 years ago, and since that time Mrs. Kademan has been making her home with her children, of whom there are five: Mrs. Ernest Mandel, Colby; Mrs. James Shay, Jackson, Minn.; Mrs. Francis Sebald, Sheboygan Falls; and Edwin Kademan, Colby, Wis. There are also 17 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Funeral arrangements have not been completed, but rites will be conducted at St. Paul's Lutheran church of Green Grove, to which Mrs. Kademan belonged. The Rev. M. E. Goetsch will officiate and burial will take place at Green Grove.
