Russell, Marcia (Marriage - 22 July 1946)

Mr. and Donald W. Beseler are spending a three-week honeymoon in northern Wisconsin and Canada.

The couple was married July 22 in the rectory of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Marshfield, in a double ring ceremony read by the Rev. Edmund Cramer.

Attendants were: Miss Lorraine Wiltgren, Milwaukee, Miss Wilmette Russell, sister of the bride, James Seidl, cousin of the groom, and Glenn Roberts.

Mrs. Beseler is the former Marcia Russell, daughter of Mrs. A. E. Russell, Neillsville, and Mr. Beseler is the son of Mr. and Mrs. William Beseler, Marshfield.

The bride wore a soft yellow cardigan suit, white accessories and a white starched lace hat, trimmed with roses. Her corsage was of Joanna Hill roses.

Following the ceremony a dinner was given for the bridal party and immediate relatives and friends in Marshfield. Later in the afternoon the reception for 150 guests was given at the Merchants Hotel in Neillsville.

Mrs. Beseler is a graduate of the Neillsville High School, class of 1941, and of Ripon College. She taught school last year at Tomah. Her husband is a discharged veteran and plans to finish his college course at Ripon this fall.
