Larson, Elizabeth (10 MAY 1947)

A pretty wedding took place Saturday, May 10, 1947, at the Lutheran Church in Nekoosa when Miss Elizabeth Larson of Nekoosa became the bride of Ardo Fluegel of the town of Sherwood (Clark Co., Wis.). rev. Goetz of Nekoosa performed the ceremony.

The bride wore a white satin sweetheart neckline gown and a double strand of pearls, a gift of the groom.

The groom was attended by Irving and Donald Larson and Joe Kaczor. Henry Goetz was ring bearer.

A reception and dinner was served to about 100 guests in the church parlors.

Mr. and Mrs. Fluegel are living with the groom’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. John Fluegel, where he is engaged in farming.
