Finder, Celia (5 July 1870 - 22 Feb. 1945)

Mrs. Celia Finder died at 11 o’clock, Thursday night, Feb. 22, at her home in the town of Levis, following an illness of one year. Funeral services were held on Monday afternoon, Feb. 26, at the Jaster funeral home, the Rev. George W. Longenecker, pastor of the Congregational church, officiating. Burial took place in the Neillsville cemetery.

The deceased was born Celia Kauzanbach, on July 5, 1870, at Lake Mills, Wis., and came to Clark county in 1903. This has been her home ever since. She was married at Lake Mills to Ludwig Finder who preceded her in death. She was a member of the Lutheran church.

Mrs. Finder is survived by eight children: William, August and Bertha Finder of the town of Levis; Minnie, Mrs. Herman Meske, and Celia Finder, both of Neillsville; Louis and Fred Finder, town of Dewhurst. Also surviving are eight grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, and one brother, William Kauzanbach of Lake Mills.
