Hutchins, Elmer Francis (? - 1944)

Elmer Francis Hutchins, ** age a rural mail carrier out of Loyal, is dead and has been interred in Portland, Ore. He was the son of Mr. and Mrs. W. W. Hutchins, old residents of Loyal and Unity Townships. He was a country school teacher in Clark County and then became a rural carrier. He married Stella Bishop, and after a few years they went west and farmed. After the death of Mrs. Hutchins, he moved to Portland and lived with his three daughters, who survive him.
