A 1964 Thorp Courier Advertisement (Thorp, Wis.) featuring Paul Newman as "Hud" and the Jerry Lewis film, "The Nutty Professor" at the Gilman Theatre, Gilman, Wisconsin.
The Theatre at this time was owned by Ted and Doris Romig and Darrell and Barb Romig. The theatre was built by Frank Kinas about 1948 and he sold it to the Romig's about 1955 and they ran it until 1988. Monica Johnson, sec./tres. for the Gilman Area Historical Soc. |
