Linstedt, Marie (6 Nov. 1864 - 5 Apr. 1930)

Mrs. John Linstedt was born at Jagenslonf, Austria, November 6, 1864, and passed away at her home in this village Saturday, April 5, 1930, at the age of 65 years, 5 months and 29 days, death due to heart trouble.

She was married to Frank Peche, coming with him to America in 1892, settling in Taylor county.

On February 22, 1898, she was united in marriage to John Linstedt and they resided at Chelsea until in 1919, when they moved to Abbotsford, where she resided until death took her away.

She leaves to mourn besides her husband John Linstedt, one son, Fred Peche of Chicago, from her first marriage, a daughter, Mrs. Fred Wilhelmi of Abbotsford, three stepchildren and eight grandchildren.

Funeral services were held from the Lutheran church in Abbotsford Wednesday, April 9th, at 2 o’clock, Rev. J. Brandt officiating, and burial was made in the Abbotsford cemetery.

Those from out of town attending the services were Mrs. Fred Peche and daughter, and Mrs. Wm. Sherzer of Chicago, Mr. and Mrs. Gust Steffen and son of Goodman, and Mr. and Mrs. A. Roal and family of Medford.
