Sybeldon, Bernice (Marriage - 7 JUNE 1932)

A beautiful wedding ceremony took place at a 9 o’clock high mass Tuesday at St. Bernard’s Catholic church, when Miss Bernice Sybeldon daughter to Mr. and Mrs. Edw. Sybeldon of this city, and Joseph Fischer of Antigo, son of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Fischer of that city, were united in marriage, Rev. H. W. McGuire performing the ceremony.

The bride wore a princess styled gown of old ivory satin with slippers and gloves to match, and wore a long veil of net edged with chantilly lace. Her flowers were a shower of pale yellow roses, lily of the valley and babies breath.

The bridesmaids were Miss Claire Sybeldon of Chippewa Falls, a sister of the bride, and Miss Cathryn Carpenter. Their dresses alike were of imported dotted swiss in pink and green. They wore headbands to harmonize and carried bouquets of mixed flowers.

Clarence Trevalle and Reuben Meyer were groomsmen.

The wedding breakfast which followed the ceremony was served at the home of the bride’s parents to about 50 guests.

Mr. and Mrs. Fischer are to make their home at Abbotsford where Mr. Fischer is employed as mechanic in the Meyer Chevrolet garage.

The Tribune joins with their many friends in extending hearty congratulations.
