Mondloch, Nancy (20 Apr 1943 - 28 Feb 2008)

Nancy Mondloch Nancy A. Mondloch, 64, of Marshfield, Wisconsin, died Thursday, Feb. 28, 2008, at Saint Joseph's Hospital in Marshfield.

A memorial service will be held Tuesday, March 4, at 11:30 a.m. at Maurina/Schilling Funeral Home in Abbotsford, Wis. The Rev. Kenneth A. Dix will officiate. Friends may call at the Maurina/Schilling Funeral Home on Tuesday from 10 a.m. to time of services.

Nancy was born April 20, 1943, to Walter and Margaret (Sharp) Pichler in Joplin, Miss. She graduated from Spencer High School. She married Raymond Mondloch on Oct. 13, 1962. They later divorced.

With her special talent for designing, she started her own floral business out of her Spencer home. Nancy later opened The Rose Floral and Gifts in Colby, Wis. When a customer approached Nancy with a request of something unusual, unique or "bizarre," as one customer put it, she never failed to meet her customers' requests or expectations. She enjoyed bird watching, especially while walking her dog, Oreo.

Nancy is survived by her mother, Margaret Pichler of Marshfield; her daughters, Jill (Roger) Weidman of Spencer and Kerry (Matt) Bunsen of Plover; six grandchildren, Brittany (Shawn) Radue, Bethany and Amber Weidman, Chris and Ashlee Weidman and Ryan Bunsen; her sisters, Carol Pichler of Marshfield and Mary (Kenneth) Kademan of Spencer; her brothers, John (Laura) Pichler of Marshfield and Robert (Donna) Pichler of Minocqua and special friend, Dave Willey of Medford.

She was preceded in death by her father, Walter Pichler, and her former husband, Ray Mondloch.
