Hansen, Mr./Mrs. James P. (Gold - 19 NOV 1942)

Mr. and Mrs. James P. Hansen will celebrate their golden wedding anniversary, Thursday, Nov. 19, 1942, when open house will be held at the home of their son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Lyle Haas, on the old James P. Hansen farm in the town of Hoard (Clark Co., Wis.).

Mr. and Mrs. Hansen were married Nov. 19, 1892 at Rock Rapids, Ia., and then lived at Racine for two years before coming to Clark County and settling on a farm in Hoard, where they resided 43 years. They are now making their home in the city of Owen, moving here in March this year. Mr. Hansen was employed by the John S. Owen Lumber Co., for ten years as butcher and storekeeper. They are the parents of five children, two boys and three daughters, Walter of Hoard, and James of Owen, Senna at home, Anna (Mrs. Vern Cuse), Chicago, and Mathilda (Mrs. Lyle Haas), town of Hoard. They are both members of the Nazareth Lutheran Danish Church of Withee.
