Hirsch, Coryl J. (20 Jan. 1891 - 17 Nov. 1955)

Funeral services for Coryl J. Hirsch, age 64, Abbotsford and Colby real estate agent, were held at the Zink Funeral Home in Abbotsford Sunday afternoon, Rev. Richard Harrison, pastor of the Abbotsford Presbyterian church of Abbotsford, officiatig. Internment was made in the Colby (Colby, Clark Co. Wis.) Cemetery.

Mr. Hirsch died Thursday afternoon at the Havenet Nursing Home at Owen where he had been living for a short time. He was born in Sheboygan county on January 20, 1891, and attended school at Unity. After graduating from a chiropractic school in Iowa, he practiced in this locality until 1936 when he went into the real estate business in Abbotsford, Wis. He moved to Colby a year ago.

Mr. Hirsch was not married and had served in the army during World War I. Surviving are two nephews, John and Allen Hirsch of Washington, D.C., and three cousins, Mrs. Meryl Fager of Colby, Vernon Diethman of Spencer and Edward Diethman of Riplinger. His parents and two brothers preceded him in death.
