Virginia Marie Bushman was born July 24, 1929, in the town of Eaton, Clark County, to John and Mary (Lindner) Bushman. She was raised on the family farm and received her education at St. Mary's Parochial School, graduating from Greenwood High School in 1947. Virginia worked at Figi's for a short time before her marriage to Dalbert J. Mondloch on June 21, 1948, at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Greenwood. She worked at the Marshfield Clinic in Marshfield for two years and then went to work at Citizens State Bank of Loyal as a teller. Virginia retired from Citizens State Bank as a vice president after 27 years of employment.

After retiring, Virginia and Dalbert bought a cottage on Lake Holcombe where they spent a lot of time during their retirement with family and friends. She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church, St. Ann's Society and the Clark County Homemakers. Virginia had many interests but especially loved to spend time with her family, reading and cooking.

She will be sadly missed by her husband, Dalbert, of Marshfield; three grandchildren, John (fiancee Erica Zimmermann) Mondloch of Marshfield, Tara (Chris) Marcoux of Spencer, and Regan (Ray Brown) of DeWitt, Neb.; 11 great-grandchildren, Tyler, Austin, Cheyenne, Mason, Selena, Trevor, Nash, Aryn, Jessica, Ashlynn and Alyssa; and one daughter-in-law, Pam Mondloch of Marshfield.

She was preceded in death by her parents; two sons, John and Warren; and three brothers, Arthur, Aloysius and Donald Bushman.
