Glenzer, Fred (10 Mar. 1860 - 26 Nov. 1947)

Fred Glenzer passed away at the Clark county hospital at Owen Wednesday afternoon, November 26th, 1947, at the age of 86 years, old age and complications being the cause of his death. Funeral services were conducted at the Lulloff Funeral Home at Colby Saturday afternoon, Rev. F. J. Smith, pastor of the Colby Methodist church officiating, and internment was made in the Colby (Colby, Clark Co. Wis.) Cemetery. Pall bearers were Alvin Krueger, Melvin Gosse, Herman Gosse, Emil Unitedt, Henry Krueger and Ben Krueger.

Mr. Glenzer was born on March 10th, 1860, in Sheboygan county. He came to Colby about 55 years ago and worked at the carpenter trade. He made his home with his brother, Christ, who preceded him in death about four years ago.

He leaves to mourn his departure a number of nieces and nephews.
