Lindner, Ruby (28 Apr. 1903 - 3 Aug. 1947)

Funeral services will be conducted this Thursday morning for Mrs. Arthur F. Lindner, age 44, who died at Owen at 6:00 A.M. Sunday, Aug. 3rd. An embolism caused her death. At 10:30 this morning a service will be held at the Griebenow Funeral Home (Owen, Wisconsin) and at 2:00 P.M. another service will he held at the Methodist church at Colfax. Internment will be made in the Colfax cemetery.

Mrs. Lindner, the former Ruby Studley Rye, was born at Colfax on April 28, 1903, received her education in the Colfax Public Schools and at Eau Claire County Normal, and was married October 30, 1929, at Stillwater, Minn., to Arthur F. Lindner.

She taught school for a year and worked in a store for her parents before her marriage. For the past 8 ½ years she lived at Owen. Mrs. Lindner was a member of the Order of Eastern Star and White Shrine at Eau Claire.

Surviving are her husband, formerly of Colby, her mother, Mrs. G. G. Rye, two children, Arlo, age 16, and Bobby, age 9, and two brothers, John and Victor Rye of Colfax.
