Perschke, Ellworth #2 (11 May 1903 - 13 Dec. 1937)

Ellworth Perschke, who operated the East Side garage at Unity the past year, died Monday at the age of thirty-four years after an illness of several days, a heart ailment and asthma being the cause of his death. He had been in poor health for a number of years and had planned to leave for Colorado for his health. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 o’clock this Thursday afternoon at the Trinity Lutheran church, Rev. J. A. Olson officiating, and burial will take place at the Colby cemetery.

The deceased, who made his home with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Aug. Perschke, was born at Colby on May 11, 1903, and moved to Unity with his parents at the age of eight years. Besides his parents, one sister and four brothers survive: Mrs. LaVerne Murphy of Detroit, Mich., Chester of Grand Rapids, Mich., Leslie of Madison, Orland of Beaver Dam and Carol, of Wisconsin Rapids.
