Ketel, William #2 (4 Dec. 1843 - 25 Apr. 1900)

Wm. Ketel died yesterday at noon, aged 55 years, from the effects of a fall from a scaffold upon which he was working at the new Krumray house last fall, when he received serious internal injuries, his lungs especially being affected.

He leaves a wife and seven children, Mrs. Albert Wegner, Emma, Eda, Ella, Amelia, Clara, Louie and Albert. Two brothers, August and Herman, and a sister in Sheboygan. His mother died in Germany, the father here. He, with his brothers, came her 27 years ago, direct from the fatherland, and has been a good citizen and a hard working mason, the brothers doing a large share of the work here in that line. He was an alderman at the time he died.
