Pupp, Ferdinand (1879? - Apr. 1934)

Ferdiand Pupp of the town of Holton, two miles northeast of Abbotsford passed away last Thursday morning and funeral services were held Saturday at the First Presbyterian church at Abbotsford, Rev. L. C. Smith officiating, and burial was made in the town of Holton cemetery.

The deceased came to the United States with his parents when nine years of age and settled on a farm in the town of Holton which was his present farm home. He is survived by his wife and nine children, Mrs. Mary Grinker, Chicago; Margaret, Catherine, Albert, Bernard, William, George, Edward and Anthony. Two sisters, Mrs. Charles Hintz, Fenwood, and Mrs. Oscar Johnson, Minneapolis, and five grandchildren also survive.

*** Note: Mr. Pupp’s estimated year of birth is from the 1930 Federal Census, Town of Holton. In the census, he is indexed as William Papp.
