Kuse, Gladys (Marriage - 12 July 1933)

Miss Gladys Kuse, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Richard Kuse of Auburndale, and John Schneider of Colby, son of Mr. and Mrs. Theodore Schneider, were married Wednesday, July 12, by Rev. S. E. Rathke at his parsonage in Auburndale. Elizabeth M. Kuse acted as bridesmaid and the groom was attended by Fred Schmeltzer.

The bride was attired in a beautiful dress of peach crepe and her bouquet consisted of pink and white roses and snapdragons. The bridesmaid wore a dress of blue crepe and her bouquet consisted of white roses.

A wedding reception was given at the home of the bride’s parents, the home being nicely decorated in peach and blue for the occasion. The newlyweds left on a wedding trip to Iowa and will be at home after October 1st on the groom’s farm at Colby.
