Clark, Kenneth Clark (7 Feb. 1938 - 3 July 2007)

Kenneth Lee Clark, 69, Withee, died July 3, 2007, at Saint Joseph's Hospital Palliative Care Unit after a courageous battle with cancer.

Memorial services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Nazareth Lutheran Church in Withee. Inurnment will be in Riverside Cemetery in Withee. The Rev. John Lee will officiate.

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until service time Saturday at the church. Maurina/Community Funeral Home is assisting the family.

Ken was born Feb. 7, 1938, in Hannibal to Lee and Ethel (York) Clark. He graduated in 1957 from Owen-Withee High School. He married Connie Englebretson and they were later divorced. Ken and Linda Jalling Renderman were married May 27, 1991, at Nazareth Lutheran church. He worked for Waukesha Ready Mix and in 1969 he moved to Stanley, where he owned and operated Clark Ready Mix. Later he worked for A-1 Ready Mix in Chippewa Falls. He was owner and operator of Kelin Trucking for 20 years. His last employment was at Mieg's Trucking in Abbotsford, Wis. He enjoyed the outdoors including hunting, fishing, camping, snowmobiling and four-wheeling. He was a member of Nazareth Lutheran Church.

Ken is survived by his wife, Linda Clark, of Withee; his children: Penny (Fred) Gehrke of Owen and Steve Clark of Thorp; four stepsons: Mike (Michelle) Renderman of Owen, Mark (Tammy) Renderman of Withee, Daniel Renderman of Withee and Ryan (fiancee Robyn Wendorf) Renderman of Owen; 11 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; three sisters: Rosalee (Arnold) Diamond of Hannibal, Joyce Orth of Colorado and Susan Andrew of Athens; nieces and nephews; brother-in-law, Jack (Ruth) Jalling of Lake Wissota, and mother-in-law, Vi Jalling of Withee.

He was preceded in death by his parents and by his father-in-law, John Jalling.
