Sadowski, Frank (21 SEP 1871 - 20 JAN 1937)

Frank Sadowski died of heart disease at his farm home in the town of Thorp (Clark Co., Wis.), on Wednesday, Jan. 20, 1937, aged 66 years and 4 months. He was born in Poland on Sept. 21, 1871, where he was united in marriage to Katherine Romaniak in May 1889. They came to America in June 1889, residing in Chicago for three years and then returned to Poland. In 1903 he returned to this country and located on a farm in the town of Thorp, where he has since made his home.

He leaves to mourn, his wife, Katherine, two brothers, Martin of Ridgefield, Wash., and Louis of Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, and one sister, Mrs. J. Strazkowski of Chicago. Also two sons, Frank of Thorp and Leon of Chicago, and the following daughters: Stella Korczewski and Pauline Banaszynski, of Chicago, Harriet Deutschlander, Thorp, and three grandchildren.

Funeral services were held at St. Hedwig’s Church on Saturday last, at 10 a.m., Rev. F.A. Kulig officiating, interment taking place in the parish cemetery

The pallbearers were: Frank Sierociuk, Frank Zakrzewicz, Basil Harycki, Tony Garbarski, Steve Kaliszewski and John Deutschlander.
