Podorozek, Anna (15 APR 1858 - 15 APR 1936)

Mrs. Joseph Podorozek died of heart disease at the county hospital on Wednesday of last week, where she had been an inmate since the death of her husband eight years ago. Deceased was born in Czechoslovakia on April 15, 1858, and had thus reached the age of 78 years and 29 days. The couple came to Thorp about forty years ago and conducted a large farm for many years. She leaves one brother, Carl Ovesny, Czechoslovakia. The body of the deceased was brought to the Bogumill Funeral Home here where services were conducted on Friday last, Rev. Geo. Kelsey officiating, interment following the services in the Village Cemetery beside her husband.

The pallbearers were: August Wiesner, Martin Soda, Wenzel Kunish, Ig. Grobelny, St. Zawadski, and Anton Stroinski.
