Local Happenings

Ed Bleiler and Frank Moore have been rebuilding one of the silos on John Babler’s farm.

Mr. and Mrs. F. A. Tritsch visited Sunday at Wabasha, Minn.

J. C. Johnson has received a fine certificate of merit and retirement from the railroad retirement board. Mr. Johnson retired last June, owing to disability.

J. N. Cooper has decided to retire from farming and will hold a sale of his personal property Wednesday, Nov. He has been operating his sisters’ farm for a number of years.

Guy Kopp and A. B. Ross were down from Fairchild on business last Saturday.
