Treutel, Madeline A. (16 JUN 1932)

A quiet wedding, before the immediate relatives of the bride and groom, took place at the Catholic Parsonage at Goodman, Wis., Thursday noon, June 16th, 1932, when Madeline Anne Treutel, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Treutel of Goodman, and Mr. Lawrence Lindquist of Thorp (Clark Co., Wis.), were united in the holy bonds of matrimony. Miss Jennie Lindquist, sister of the groom, acted as bridesmaid and Harry Treutel, brother of the bride, as best man.

Miss Treutel has been teacher of music at the Menasha Public Schools for several years and Mr. Lindquist, manual training teacher there. After a three weeks’ honeymoon trip in the west, to Edgar, Montana, and thru Yellowstone Park and the Black Hills, the newlyweds will make their home in Menasha, where Mr. Lindquist will teach the coming year.

The many friends of the groom in this vicinity join in wishing the couple a long and happy journey thru life.
