Miss Betty Jane Richmond, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Guy Richmond, route 2, Greenwood (Clark Co., Wis.), became the bride of Norman Henry Horn, son of Mr. and Mrs. Gust Horn, route 4, Greenwood, at a 1:30 o’clock service Saturday afternoon in the West Side Reformed Church. The Rev. J.C. Klingeberger officiated at the ceremony.

Given in marriage by her father, the bride was attired in a white satin entrained gown styled with long, point sleeves, and ayoke trimmed with net and beads. Her finger-tip veil of lace was caught to a satin hat. She carried a shower bouquet of red Chinese rosebuds and white carnations.

Her sister, Miss Lila Richmond, Greenwood, as maid of honor, was dressed in a pink taffeta gown styled with a net yoke. Her headdress consisted of an arrangement of pink carnations. She carried a colonial bouquet of mixed flowers tied with a blue ribbon.

Bridesmaids were Miss Lois Karnitz, Neillsville, the bride’s cousin, and Miss Laverne Horn, Greenwood, a cousin of the groom. Their ensembles were identical in style, fashioned of aqua taffeta, and each carried a colonial bouquet of mixed flowers adorned with a yellow ribbon. They wore a headdress of yellow carnations.

Best man was Hebert Horn. Gerald Horn, Greenwood, and the bride’s cousin, Kenneth Karnitz, Neillsville, were groomsmen. Jesse Richmond and Darrel Horn, cousins of the bride and groom, ushered.

A reception and supper for about 100 guests were held following eh ceremony at the home of the bride’s parents, after which mr. and Mrs. Horn left on a honeymoon in the West.

The young couple are both graduates of Greenwood High School. The groom, a veteran of World War II, is a truck driver for the Pleasant Ridge Cheese Factory.

Froehlich, Chicago; Mr. and Mrs. Louis Kretlow and Gloria, Mr. and Mrs. Orville Czerwinski and Enola Mae, Milwaukee; Mrs. Emma Betzel, Horicon; Mr. and Mrs. Melvin Ohnemus, Eau Claire; Mrs. George Wolthausen and Bonnie Jean, Barrington, Ill.; Miss Lorraine Carteron, Oconomowoc; Mr. and Mrs. Harold Froehlich, Brandon; Oscar Horn, Owen; Mr. and Mrs. A.E. Stanke and family, Wausau; Mr. and Mrs. Harry Richmond, Cadott; Mr. and Mrs. T. Karnitz and family, Mr. and Mrs. Jesse Richmond and family, Melvin Marg, Mr. and Mrs. Robert Richmond and Sharon, and William Richmond, all of Neillsville, Wis.
