Mr. and Mrs. Eugene Nolan, Greenwood (Clark Co., Wis.), announce the marriage of their daughter, Miss Amber Jean Nolan, to Delmond Warren Johnson, son of Mr. and Mrs. John E. Johnson, also of Greenwood, in a wedding ceremony in the parsonage of the United Lutheran Church at Greenwood, June 2, 1945, at 4 p.m. The Rev. A.E. Norson officiated at the double ring service.

The bride wore a light blue crepe dress with navy blue accessories and for flowers had a corsage of pink roses and white larkspur. Her aunt, Miss Shirley Oswald, as maid of honor, wore a navy blue dress with brown accessories and a shoulder corsage of pink roses and lily of the valley. Vernon Nolan, a brother of the bride, was best man.

Following the services a 6 o’clock dinner was served to the bridal party at the Nolan home and that evening a dance was held at the Silver Dome Ballroom.

Both Mr. and Mrs. Johnson attended the Greenwood High School. Mr. Johnson being graduated with the class of 1939.

At the end of the month the couple will be at home to friends on the groom’s farm near Greenwood. They are now on a week’s honeymoon in northern Wisconsin.
