Kramer, Adam (20 OCT 1844 - JUN 1915)

Adam Kramer, a retired farmer, passed away at his home, 730 Bridge St., Saturday afternoon. He had been ill three weeks with stomach trouble. The funeral services will be conducted Wednesday afternoon at Salem’s Evangelical Lutheran Church by Rev. Henry Brockmann. Burial will be made in Pine Grove Cemetery.

Mr. Kramer was born in Germany Oct. 20, 1844. He was married in that county to Catherine Argehleger in 1875; in 1881 the family came to this country, settling in the town of Frankfort, Marathon Co., Wis., where they lived until three years ago when they moved to Wausau. He is survived by his widow and five children. Henry Ernest and Julius Kramer of Wausau, Geo. Kramer of Milwaukee and Mrs. N. Breit of Unity, and one sister who lives in Germany.
