Sylvester Tesmer

Colby - Sylvester "Boots" Tesmer, 81, Colby, died Jan 6, 1999, in the Emergency Room of St. Joseph's Hospital in Marshfield.

Services will be at noon Saturday at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Colby. Burial will be in Colby Memorial Cemetery in the town of Colby in Clark County.

Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. today at the Community Funeral Home and on Saturday at the church from 11 a.m. until service time.

He was born Oct. 28, 1917, in Colby. He was employed in the maintenance department of Packaging Corporation for 28 years.

Surviving are his wife, Audrey (nee Schulte) Tesmer of Colby and his sister, Regina Davis of Wausau.
