Boorman, Marian Anna (Krisik) (19 NOV 1951 - 1 JUN 2019)

Marian Anna (Krisik) Boorman was born on Nov. 19, 1951, in Ladysmith, and died on Saturday, June 1, 2019, in Coon Rapids, Minn.

She was a team manager for Destination Imagination for many years. She had an infectious laugh, kind spirit and creativity that will be missed.

She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Mary Krisik; and sister, Emily.

Marian is survived by her husband of 44 years, Douglas; her children, Jonathan and Rebecca and her sister, Ethel and her children.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, June 15, with visitation starting one hour prior at Coon Rapids United Methodist Church, 10506 Hanson Blvd. Visitation will be held from 5-8 p.m. on Friday, June 14 at Washburn-McReavy Coon Rapids Chapel, 1827 Coon Rapids Blvd.

Interment will be at Forest Hill Cemetery, Anoka.
