Carl Stange writes from Diller, Nebr., under date of Feb. 7, that he arrived there Thursday for the funeral of his brother, Paul. Mr. Stange states he probably will be at Diller for sometime, attending to business matters. He reports that temperature at 15 below with a heavy wind storm sweeping across that partition of Nebraska.
