Bartlett, Harold A. (15 April 1930 - 26 Dec. 1981)

Granton - Harold A. Bartlett, 50, Route 1, Crandon, who on Feb. 10, 1951 married Josephine Vobora, formerly of Granton, died Dec. 26 at his home.

He was born April 15, 1930 in Plymouth to Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Bartlett.

After marriage he and his wife farmed in Plymouth. From 1948 to 1957, he was employed by Elkhart Lake Sand & Gravel Co, from 1967 to 1978 he was with Gehl Co. of West Bend and from 1974 to 1979, he owned and operated Dipper Inn Tavern at West Bend. Since August, the family resided in rural Crandon. He was a member of Moose Lodge 1398 at West Bend.

Surviving are his wife; three sons, George, Gordon and Gary; five daughters, Mrs. Barbara Danielson, Mrs. David (Beverly) Kannenberg, Mrs. Terry (Darlene) Bandle, Mrs. James (Betty) Klein and Annette Bartlett, his mother; and seven grandchildren. His father and a daughter are deceased.

The funeral was Dec. 30 at Salem Unite Church of Christ, Plymouth. Burial was in Greenbush Cemetery.
